From morning prep, through to the first dance, it was a day full of photo opportunities with a stunning couple at a beautiful Manor.
Lucinda and Josh tied the knot at the beautiful Sandon Manor in Buntingford. A venue which caters for all weathers on your wedding day.
Lucinda got ready in the Manor house – perfect for the morning prep shots. The bedroom offered natural lighting and plenty of space for her stunning dress to be fluffed into place.
The ceremony room had a couple of uses on Lucinda and Josh’s wedding day. Once the ceremony was finished, the room was cleared, leaving me space to set up my off camera lights for group shots. It was a pretty cold and windy day and I wanted to ensure the guests were kept warm for the photos.
Luckily the rain held off for a short time and the sun even made an appearance, so I grabbed the opportunity.
The Sandon Manor grounds are well maintained and has some lovely areas for bride and groom photos.
The house itself makes a beautiful backdrop and even the path from the ceremony room to the house made some stunning photos.
I was very excited to photograph Lucinda and Josh inside the house. The stairwell and living room suited their style – it felt like a model shoot!
Sandon Manor just kept on giving with locations for photo opportunities. The reception room has a quirky bar area which we used for a mini photo shoot. Lucinda sat on the bar and Josh stood casually beside her. Josh even had photos standing on the bar! The staff were more than accommodating with us getting creative for the camera.
The dance floor and bar area is another great layout catering for all your guests during the reception. With a glass window separating both rooms, guests can dance the night away and your other guests can mingle in the quieter bar area.
I would definitely recommend your wedding at Sandon Manor. The staff are brilliant and really make your day special.
